At Greenwood Physio, we are proud to offer our services to Veterans and patients diagnosed with chronic illnesses.
All our veterans require is either a Gold card along with a referral from your GP or White card with a referral and approval from DVA to attend the clinic. There is no limit to number of physiotherapy/ hydrotherapy sessions you attend depending on your clinical needs. Home visits are also available.
All Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) patients are required to bring a treatment management plan from their GP to our clinic outlining diagnosis and number of physiotherapy sessions required. Through the EPC plan clients are eligible for up to 5 sessions of physiotherapy services a calendar year, Enhanced Primary Care plans are valid for 12 months from the date of referral.
There are no out of pocket costs for DVA and EPC physiotherapy consultations.
