All classes will start with the basic Pilates principles such as breathing techniques, centering and natural posture alignment and will progress and be tailored to the individuals needs and goals of the clients in the class. Classes are small with 4-7 clients and will incorporate mat exercises with small equipment such as exercise balls, magic circle and theraband. We provide classes from beginners to advance.
